I work where communication, data and technology meet. I build Fluency, a platform that helps young professionals speak and lead with confidence, and I've coached hundreds of people to find their voice on stage.
What I'm building
Fluency is an AI-augmented learning platform for communication and leadership skills. The idea is simple: practice is where confidence comes from, and AI can give every learner a patient, always-available practice partner.
It grows out of years of coaching people in rooms, and a belief that the best tools should get you back into the room better prepared, not keep you out of it.

Background
Before Fluency I spent two years at Odoo as a Business Advisor, guiding SMEs across Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan and the wider region through ERP adoption. I'm a certified Odoo 18 and 19 Functional consultant.
Earlier I worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Data Analyst at Techpal Kreatives, as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultant, and in IT and networking in Mombasa.
I studied Business Information Technology at JKUAT and Data Science at ExploreAI Academy. I speak English, Swahili and Kikuyu, and I'm working through Mandarin.
